Declutter App Settings - settings are now grouped and shiny.
Addressed the following tickets:
RS-5621: Additional improvements were made for session creation logic. If all SMS numbers have stickiness >0 - one session for both numbers; if both stickeness=0 or one stickeness=0, and other stickeness>0 - session for each number.
RS-6018: Improved notifications processing addressing missed call notifications issue. Now, cause=17 and cause=26 - are not considered as missing calls.
RS-6090: Resolved issues with unknown contacts - removed contacts with status=0 from the transfer list.
