The maximum number of simultaneous registrations that an activated user can have varies based on the organisation's package where a user was created.
Users under the Essentials package are allowed a maximum of 3 parallel registrations.
Users under the PRO package can have up to 6 parallel registrations.
Each registration is recorded whenever a user logs into either a mobile or desktop application or registers an IP Phone using the Terminal password.
Set max registrations per user
You can limit the number of parallel registrations per user in the connection features settings. Scroll down to the App settings section and change the Max. registrations per user option to the preferred value.
