Click Save & Continue.
Enabling contacts and CLI synchronisation
In addition to SMS and MMS, Netsapiens integration allows you to synchronise contacts and phone numbers (CLIs) from your Netsapiens platform.
To enable contacts synchronisation, check the Sync contacts with Netsapiens permission.
Check Sync all domain CLI numbers from Netsapiens with users in this organization if want to automatically sync domain's CLI numbers with all users in the organisation. Alternatively, leave this option disabled to assign CLI numbers to specific users.
Assign Netsapiens CLI numbers to specific users
Open the Netsapiens integration settings and ensure the Sync all domain CLI numbers from Netsapiens with users in this organisation option is disabled.
Once the integration is enabled, click on the Manage numbers button and switch to the CLI Numbers tab to manage CLI numbers.
Click Add number to add a new CLI number.
In the CLI number settings, select a CLI number in the Phone number list of all available domains’ CLI numbers.
5. Assign users who will be able to use the CLI number.
6. Optionally specify the CLI's display name. If not specified, the selected phone number will be specified as a Display name.
7. You can edit or delete a CLI number by clicking Edit button.
Accessing Netsapiens contacts via the Ringotel app
Once you enable the Netsapiens integration and grant the necessary permissions users can log into their Ringotel app. From there, navigate to the "Contacts" tab and click on "Netsapiens" to access shared contacts from their Netsapiens domain.
Users can also create new contacts through the Ringotel app and they’ll automatically sync with their Netsapiens accounts.
Selecting a Phone number (DID) on outgoing calls
Once you enable the Netsapiens integration and grant the necessary permissions users can select their outgoing number (DID) when making calls through the Ringotel app. Simply initiate an outgoing call using the Keypad or from a contact session/profile and choose a DID number from the provided list of phone numbers (provided the user has the list associated with their Netsapiens domain).
If you’d like to automatically make follow-up calls to this number using the selected DID, check the “Remember route for number” option.
Note:
When you make a call through an existing session with a contact, Ringotel will automatically save the last used outgoing number. To select a different phone number, right-click on the call button (“phone” icon) and choose “Dial as”.
