Transfer SMS Numbers Feature
With the transfer SMS numbers feature, you can move one, multiple, or all SMS numbers between the integrations (SMS Providers).
Tip:
For example, in case a number was ported to a different carrier, you can now easily and seamlessly move an SMS phone number from one SMS integration to another, without losing text history.
How to Transfer an SMS Number
Create a new SMS integration.
Navigate to the "Manage numbers" section of the SMS integration from which you would like to port a number.
The "Transfer numbers" button should appear on top. Click the button.
In the opened pop-up window, select the SMS number(s) that you would like to move, then click Next.
On the next panel, select an SMS integration where you would like to move the numbers.
Confirm the transfer and wait for a confirmation notification.
The SMS numbers should then be successfully transferred.
