Change the list of available integrations and rename their labels

Written by Alex Brainin

As a Ringotel account holder, you can customize the list of available integrations and rename their labels. These changes will be visible to your users and within the admin portal.

This feature is essential when offering services under your own brand, allowing integrations to display your company name instead of a generic vendor name.

Update the list of available integrations

To change the list of integrations that your customers will see in their Ringotel app or admin portal (organisation admins), log into your Ringotel admin portal as an account holder. Then navigate to Account > Settings > scroll down to the "Allowed Integrations" section and click on the "Manage" button:

In the opened panel, move integrations between the "Allowed" and "Available" lists by checking the integrations in the columns, then click on the left/right arrow icon ("chevron") to move integrations between the lists:

Tip:

Use the double arrow icon button to move integrations between the lists.

Change integrations label

To change the integration label, for example, to rename the Netsapiens integration, navigate to your Ringotel admin portal > Account > Settings > scroll down to the "Allowed Integrations" section and click the “Manage” button:

In the opened panel, search for “Netsapiens” and click on the Pencil icon beside the Netsapiens integration to change the label:

Once done, click the Save Changes button and resave the integration for organisations where it was enabled previously.

Note:

The already logged in users who were using the integration with the previous name, will need to log out from the app and login back again.
