To receive BLF notifications on your desk phone registered via Ringotel, you need to create BLF indicators in your Ringotel admin portal first (in connection Features settings → Speed Dial &amp; BLF).

If a BLF code is different for each user (contains extension number, for example), you can create BLF indicators for each user separately (open user’s menu → More → Speed Dial &amp; BLF).
